Paintball clinics and free paintball games at Inner-City Games

Hollywood Sports Park will once again host Schwarzenegger’s “Inner-City Games.” in LA. The number of activities and events going on is more than ever.

Slide4less is participating on behalf of Pure Guts. Pure Guts, a San Diego Company founded by former motorcycle racer and exhibitionist Ron Cook, will ad an X-Games feel to this year's event. The X-Games will be held the following weekend in LA, and many of the athletes that participate in the X-Games will be at this event.

SLIDE4LESS is a leading promoter, retailer, and innovator of high tech electric skateboards. These 22 mph remote operated skateboards are amongst the most sophisticated vehicles made. Slide4less sells and stocks more electric skateboards and parts than anyone else, and the company will help make electric skateboards a featured part of this year’s inner-city games. During this three-day event, not only will kids have a chance to participate in BMX, Skate, the Rock Wall, Beach Volleyball, Indoor Soccer, and paintball, but they will also be competing against each other in mini-tournaments on all activities.

Members of slide4less will help demonstrate electric skateboards. Professional X-Games athletes will help teach amateurs the fundamental skills for riding the world’s most sophisticated electric skateboards. The demo’s and clinics will be held beside other clinics on how to properly ride skateboards, and how to properly execute skate tricks. There will also be clinics for paintball, the rock wall, beach volleyball, and all other activities in the park. Additionally, there will be a professional motor-cross stunt show for the kids to enjoy. Fender will be on hand with a live stage and their up & coming artists featured on the “Emerging” record.

The Inner-City Games were established in 1992 after the L.A. riots. The games were founded by community activist, Danny Hernandez, and Hollywood Superstar, Schwarzenegger to stimulate youth participation in athletics and education. Their goal is to keep inner-city kids out of gangs and off drugs. The organization represents about 500,000 kids nationwide. The program has been successfully implemented in fifteen cities across the United States.
